Pursuant to Article 244 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/16), Contracting Authority/Entity is obligated to send public procurement notices for publication, for all procurements the estimated value of which is equal to or higher than the amount referred to in Article 12 of the Act (Supply of goods or services and conducting of design contests with estimated value equal to or higher than HRK 200,000.00; and supply of works with estimated value equal to or higher than HRK 500,000.00). Public procurement notices for high value procurement procedures shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union, as well as in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia. Public procurement notices for public procurement of lesser value shall be published in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia, and they may be published in the Official Journal of the European Union as well.
