9. April 2020. An overview of the most important information and recommendations for the citizens affected by the earthqake during the COVID-19 pandemic:
1. From 9th April
Zagreb markets are open
from 8 am to 1 pm.
2. Please continue to use primarily electronic services that can be accessed through the web sites
holding.centar.hr and
e- citizens. Citizens who decide to come to the
Customer Center (Holding centar) in Ulica grada Vukovara 41 we provide assistance as much as possible at the moment. A specialy protected area with an iternal voice cennection, an automatic payment device, an isolated place to fill the request and a letterbox are provided. One person may stay in the room at the time. Services are available weekdays
from 7.30 am to 3 pm.
3. Report of earthquake affected buildings: The Office of Emergency management on the City of Zagreb website has set up an application through which citizens can report damage to their buildings and houses caused by earthquake. We kindly ask the citizens to fill in the information in the application
on the link and thus help to speed up the demage assessment on the objects damaged by the earthquake.
4. Free parking: According to the decision of Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandić, parking charges on public areas and in public garages managed by Zagrebparking subsidiary in the following city districts are abolished: Upper Town, Down Town, Podsljeme, Upper Dubrava, Sesvete.
Public garages in which parking charged are abolished are: Tuškanac, Langov trg, Petrinjska, Gorica and public garages in Novi Jelkovec.
