New members of the management board of Zagreb Holding selected

August 24, 2021 - The Assembly of Zagreb Holding, composed of: Mayor Tomislav Tomašević and deputies Danijela Dolenec and Luka Korlaet, after a public tender, announced the decision to select three new members of the Management Board. Ivan Novaković, Boris Sesar and Matija Subašić-Maras will join the new, now five-member Management Board of the Zagreb Holding, along with the current President of the Management Board Nikola Vuković and board member Ante Samodol, at the beginning of September.

The newly elected members of the Management Board have many years of experience in management positions in domestic and international companies as experts in the fields of IT and digital transformation, restructuring and business development, and human resources management.

IVAN NOVAKOVIĆ

Mr. Novaković has gained many years of experience in management positions, especially in the field of strategic development, business development and asset and service management.

As Director of New Business Development at INA d.d., he was in charge of developing a long-term strategy for the group's development in the context of the global transition to renewable energy sources, including e-mobility, energy production, digital services and other investment projects. He held the position of President of the Management Board of company STSI d.o.o. (member of INA group).

BORIS SESAR

As Vice President and Director in International Telecommunications and IT Companies, Mr. Sesar has extensive experience in IT and digital transformation. 

At United Group he was in charge of the group’s business with business customers in seven states, with a focus on B2B business transformation. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President for B2B Convergence at Deutsche Telekom Europe in Frankfurt and Bonn. From 2012 to 2017, he held the position of Business Sales Director for small and medium-sized business customers at Hrvatski Telekom. 
 
MATIJA SUBAŠIĆ–MARAS

Mrs. Subašić-Maras has extensive experience in human resource management, with an emphasis on the transformation processes of large systems.

She gained many years of experience in human resources management and business transformation as a human resources director in Croatia osiguranje (Croatia Insurance) or Adris Group, and as a human resources director she also worked for the pharmaceutical industry, in the companies PLIVA and GlaxoSmithKline.
