For the purpose of prevention, we advise that in the coming days all activities related to the management of the services of Zagreb City Holding and its subsidiaries be realized through our digital channels. Continuous telephone support through the Call Center and 072 500 400 is provided. Our agents are available 24 hours a day!
 
Through the website holdingcentar.zgh.hr you can access electronic services and thus submit all kinds of requests. You can also submit documentation or petitions via email to holding.centar@zgh.hr.
 
We recommend that you make payments through online banking. We are also reminded that mobile apps are also available for download from user pages.
 
In cases where it is necessary and urgent to come to some of our centers, following the recommendations of the Croatian Institute of Public Health, please wait - the queue should be at a distance from other visitors or in the area of ​​the customer center.
