A new branch office of the Holding Center has opened in Dubec
November 19, 2020 - As of today, a new branch office of the Holding Center is available for users of Zagreb Holding's services in the eastern part of the city. It is located within the Dubec market and is adapted for access by people with mobility difficulties.
Users will be able to pay the bills of Zagreb Holding free of charge, submit requests for data changes, receive information, submit complaints and perform other services from the Company's portfolio, related to the single payment slip, at the counters of this separate branch office of the Holding Center.
Until further notice, it will be open on weekdays from 7 AM to 1 PM and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 noon, while the range and forms of customer support will be continuously expanded.
As a reminder, the Holding Center provides support to users of Zagreb Holding and affiliated companies, through the main office Holing Center at Ulica grada Vukovara 41, Mobile Office and digital communication channels, which is characterized by all-day availability and professional communication with citizens 24 hours a day.
