New electronic services offered by Zagreb City Holding

25. October 2018.  New electronic services of the Zagreb City Holding  today were presented  by the President of the Management Board Ana Stojić Deban in the premises of the Holding Center. The mayor of Zagreb Milan Milan Bandic also attended the presentation with numerous associates.

Citizens will now be able to electronically generate most of their application administration services by accessing a secure Internet site intended for users.

Identification of the user, and thus the credibility of the entry or validity of the request will be realized and confirmed through the high security protocols of the e-Citizens system. Depending on the type of request, users will fill out electronic forms and attach the necessary documents from their personal computer or cell phone. The system will inform the applicant of the successfully submitted request or warn of the lack of a specific document.
