Appointment of new member of the Supervisory Board of Zagreb Holding

February 15, 2023 - The Assembly of Zagreb Holding, composed of Mayor Tomislav Tomašević and his deputies Danijela Dolenec and Luka Korlaet, at its session held on 13^th February 2023, passed a decision appointing Kristijan Starčević as a new member of the Supervisory Board. The previous member of the Supervisory Board, Ratko Bajakić, resigned from the member position of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons. 

Kristijan Starčević is a longtime manager with almost 20 years of management experience in various positions in the field of finance, banking, energy industry and information technologies. 

The Assembly of Zagreb Holding thanks Mr. Bajakić for the great contribution he made in the critical phase of stabilizing the Holding’s financial operations.
