From the Operational communication department through internal applications was established real-time monitoring of vehicles in carrying out daily waste collection operations and the status of separate waste collection tanks in the green islands, which are equipped with occupancy sensors.

Paper, plastic and metal waste will be removed once a week by the Waste removal Branch from Monday, February 10th. The distribution of yellow plastic and metal packaging bags to customers will be aligned with the new removal schedule.

Having regard to the Constitutional Court's decision to suspend the application of the amended Municipal Waste Management Regulation 2019 issued by the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the City of Zagreb and the Zagreb City Holding subsidiary Waste Removal will calculate the waste removal as it has done so far,  at existing prices, until the final decision of the Constitutional Court.
